Dr. William Jeffrey focuses on emerging technologies and their impact. He is an advisor to VC firms and on the boards of public and private technology companies. Previously he was CEO of SRI and HRL – two of the nation’s premier research institutions. Dr. Jeffrey has extensive government experience having been Senate confirmed as the Director of NIST and serving in the White House OSTP and DARPA. He has numerous recognitions including Fellow of the American Physical Society and the Secretary of Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service. Jeffrey has degrees from Harvard and MIT.
