Sarah Savoy was the Director of Development at the Stimson Center. She has 10 years of non-profit experience in research, government relations, and development. Prior to joining Stimson, she was a Director at Elevate, an institutional fundraising firm and held research positions at the Partnership for Global Security, CSIS, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science where she was a Scoville Fellow. Sarah holds a Masters degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at UT-Austin and a BA from the University of Maryland.
