Ryan Kleissler is a Research Associate for the Stimson Center’s 38 North Program. Primarily he supports the publishing of 38 North articles as well as works to maintain and analyze the program’s geodatabase. His research interests include North Korea’s cyber capabilities in addition to their naval and missile technology.
Prior to joining Stimson, Ryan was a GIS analyst with Ichor Strategies and has experience in satellite and spatial analysis. He holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University in Washington D.C.
