Nikita Singla

Nikita Singla is an International Trade, Logistics, and Inclusion Specialist by profession, a civil engineer by education, a solo backpacker by choice, a yoga instructor by training, and a blogger by passion. In the past 12 years, she has advised the governments of India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka on trade and inclusion- related issues. Her specialization and passion lie in international trade and regional cooperation in South Asia, with a focus on the bilateral relationship between India and Pakistan. She is a Consultant to the World Bank’s Trade and Regional Integration practices. She is an engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and studied International Economic Policy at Sciences Po Paris. Nikita will research the prospects of resuming India-Pakistan trade during her fellowship.
