Namra Naseer is an Islamabad-based policy researcher and Ph.D. Scholar in International Relations at Bahria University with an MPhil in Peace and Conflict Studies. Her work focuses on Great power politics in South Asia with a focus on Pakistan and India. Additionally, she has developed a research background in technology and internet governance. At Stimson, Namra will study the concept of strategic hedging and how it underpins Pakistan’s relations with the United States and China during great power competition.
