Muhammad Faisal is a contributor to South Asian Voices, an online platform hosted by the Stimson Center for strategic analysis and debate on the security, politics, and economics of South Asia, and a Research Fellow at the Institute of Strategic Studies, Islamabad. Formerly, he was a South Asian Voices Visiting Fellow in January 2018 and Visiting Fellow at the Center for Nonproliferation Studies in Monterey, California in the spring of 2015. He holds a post-graduate degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
