Alex Reed is a Research Associate with the Managing Across Boundaries Program at the Henry L. Stimson Center. Since joining in January 2006, his work has focused on improving the suite of American WMD nonproliferation programs, implementing United Nations Security Council Resolution 1540, and developing a new governance model for the nuclear weapons laboratories. Alex received his BS in Political Science from Santa Clara University, and is currently working toward an MA in Security Studies at Georgetown University.
