Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Anatoly Antonov spoke at the Stimson Center about U.S.-Russia relations. He discussed several issues including arms treaties the two countries have been party to in the years since World War II, the situation on the Korean Peninsula, Syria, prisoner swaps, 2016 election interference and Afghanistan. He acknowledged many of the situations as contentious, but said in several instances that it was up to the United States to take steps toward relieving those tensions.
