Barack Obama confronted Chinese President Xi Jinping over allegations of cyber
theft on Saturday but they agreed at a shirtsleeves summit in the California
desert on reining in North Korea.

back a very long time, China and North Korea have a lot of problems, and don’t
particularly like each other, but they’ve needed each other and in a certain
real sense they still do,” [said] Alan Romberg, director of the East Asia
program at the Stimson Center, a Washington think tank.
