Recently, BFAD’s Matthew Leatherman was quoted by a piece in The Hill entitled, White House sides with Senate on bill to freeze
defense spending. Leatherman believes that the Administration’s support of a “hard defense freeze” ensures that the current defense build-down will more or less stick.
