Taj Moore, and Stimson president and CEO Ellen Laipson completed new studies that consider how to engage Iran in constructive negotiations. At the joint publication launch, Blechman and Moore discussed how to achieve greater progress on the nuclear front, and Laipson outlined ways to engage Iran over the future of Afghanistan.
