Jim Baird is the communications director at Stimson where he oversees the center’s daily communications operations and strategic planning. Before joining Stimson, Baird served four years directing the peace and security work for ReThink Media. Prior to that, he worked in communications and research capacities on political campaigns in the U.S. and U.K. Baird has a Master of Science in politics and communication from The London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and political science from The Ohio State University.
