Travis Wheeler is a Research Associate in the Stimson Center’s South Asia Program, where he manages Stimson's Nuclear Learning initiative. His research focuses on nuclear deterrence, geopolitics, and maritime issues in South Asia and the Indo-Pacific.
Richard P. Cronin is a Distinguished Fellow at Stimson. Until July 2016 Cronin directed Stimson's Southeast Asia Program and Mekong Policy Project. Cronin joined Stimson in 2005 after a long career as an Asia Specialist with the non-partisan Congressional Research Service.
