Kelsey Hawley

Kelsey Hawley is the executive assistant to President, Ellen Laipson, and Executive Vice-President, Cheryl Ramp. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas Christian University and a master’s degree the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, where her studies concentrated on security, law and diplomacy. Before working at Stimson, she interned at the U.S. Department of State and a Capitol Hill advocacy firm.
