Audrey Williams is the Herbert Scoville, Jr. Peace Fellow at the
Managing Across Boundaries initiative, which looks for innovative government
responses–at the international, national, and regional levels–and for smart
public-private partnerships to mitigate transnational security threats and
ameliorate development challenges.

Prior to joining Stimson, she was the Policy Programming intern at The
Stanley Foundation in Muscatine, Iowa, where she worked closely with the
nuclear security program officer. She holds an honors B.A. in political science
and a B.A. in French from the University of Iowa. She spent a semester at BoÄŸaziçi University in Istanbul, where she
conducted research and interviews on Turkish counterterrorism policy.
