Kerri West serves as the Project Management Specialist for several of Stimson’s programs, including Budgeting for Foreign Affairs and Defense, Global Health Security, Managing Across Boundaries, Unblocking the Road to Zero, Southwest Asia/Gulf, and the Security for a New Century Study Group. Prior to joining Stimson, Kerri worked at Human Rights Watch as its Arms Division Associate. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she was a Eugene McDermott Scholar, and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Security Studies at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
