initiative. As an entrepreneur and
investor, he builds early stage and middle market companies in the
agribusiness, energy, logistics, security, and intelligence sectors.
Porter is a partner at Proteus Environmental Technologies, a
privately held investment firm focused on multidisciplinary business
innovations. He also served as an
operating partner for Pegasus Capital Advisors, a middle-market private equity
firm focused on solving global resource scarcity challenges.
Porter currently acts as an advisor to the Kairos Society, a
global organization focused on connecting, training, and aiding top-gun caliber
youth entrepreneurs in building businesses focused on resource scarcity issues,
including food, water, energy, waste, healthcare, logistics, and security. Additionally, he serves as an advisor and
director to several early stage businesses involving food security and power
solutions for underwater technologies.
