Melanie W. Sisson is Senior Fellow and Director with the Stimson Center Defense Strategy and Planning Program. Her work focuses on the relationship between defense strategic planning processes and the likelihood of achieving foreign policy and national security objectives.
Sameer Lalwani is a Senior Fellow and Director of the South Asia Program at the Stimson Center where he researches nuclear deterrence, interstate rivalry, crisis behavior, and counter/insurgency.
