Christopher Hobbs is Professor in Science and International Security within the Department of War Studies at King’s College London and Director of the King’s Institute for Applied Security Studies (KIASS).
He is a former Chair of the International Nuclear Security Education Network (INSEN) and has served as Programme Director for the UK’s international Nuclear Security Culture Programme (NSCP) since its inception in 2014. He holds a Ph.D in physics from the University of London, an MPhys. from Oxford University and has published widely on nuclear security and non-proliferation issues.

Nickolas Roth is a senior fellow and director of the Stimson Center’s Nuclear Security Program. His research has focused on nuclear security, U.S. nuclear weapons policy, arms control, and the nuclear policy-making process. Prior to joining the Stimson Center, Roth was a senior research associate at the Project on Managing the Atom at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.
