Yuki Tatsumi is Director of the Japan Program and a Senior Associate of the East Asia Program at the Stimson Center.
Gillian Gayner is a Research Assistant with the South Asia program at the Stimson Center. Her research interests include South Asian geopolitics, counterinsurgency and counterterrorism strategy, and confidence-building and nuclear risk-reduction measures on the Subcontinent.
