Mallory Stewart is a Nonresident Fellow in the WMD, Nonproliferation, and Security program at the Stimson Center. Her areas of expertise include chemical and biological weapons law and policy, space security policy, U.S. missile defense, and nonproliferation and arms control law.
Richard P. Cronin is a Distinguished Fellow at Stimson. Until July 2016 Cronin directed Stimson's Southeast Asia Program and Mekong Policy Project. Cronin joined Stimson in 2005 after a long career as an Asia Specialist with the non-partisan Congressional Research Service.
