Chloe Stein

Chloe Stein is a Junior Fellow for the South Asia Program at the Stimson Center. She completed her Master of International Affairs at the Pennsylvania State University, where she focused on nuclear and international security. Her master’s thesis explored the relationship between the psychological phenomena of social categorization (colloquially known as in-group and out-group behavior) and the United States’ nuclear non-proliferation policy. She also graduated summa cum laude from Oregon State University with a dual major in Political Science and Psychology. Her research interests center on the nexus of nuclear and climate security.
