KABUL (Pajhwok): Peace cannot be enforced in Afghanistan without an amicable settlement of the long-running Islamabad-Delhi dispute over Kashmir, Pakistan says.


Currently on a visit to the US, he was quoted as saying by the Press Trust of India that a comprehensive peace settlement was needed to end hostilities of the past. He was speaking during an interaction at the Washington-based think-tank Stimson Centre.
