Military Pay and Benefits
Russell Rumbaugh talked about pay and benefits for active military personnel. The previous week, several members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff appeared before the Senate Armed Services Committee to advocate for changes in compensation. They were concerned these changes would affect the readiness of U.S. military forces.
