David Michel was quoted in a story about Connecting the Drops: An Indus Basin Roadmap For Cross-Border Water Research, Data Sharing, And Policy Coordination. Connecting the Drops is the culmination of an 18-month Track II diplomatic initiative conducted with the support of the US State Department. The Stimson Center, in collaboration with the Sustainable Development Policy Institute (Pakistan) and the Observer Research Foundation (India), convened the project’s 25-member Indus Basin Working Group for a series of meetings in the region throughout 2012.
