Managing Across Boundaries Managing Director Brian Finlay participate a meeting hosted by the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs of Austria, in cooperation with the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs and organized by the Steering Committee of the Forum titled “UNSCR 1540 Civil Society Forum-Opportunities For Engagement.” The meeting brought together members of civil society groups with varying level of involvement in the implementation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1540 to share experiences and ideas on how to broaden participation and support for and build upon previous efforts to engage civil society.
