October 18, Stimson, the Arms Control Association, and the AAAS Center for
Science, Technology, and Security Policy
, with support from the Government of
the United Kingdom, convened a talk on “Reducing Nuclear Dangers in
South Asia”
at AAAS’s offices in Washington, DC. Lt. General (ret.)
V.R. Raghavan, President, Centre for Security Analysis, Chennai, offered remarks
and took questions addressing deterrence stability, confidence-building and nuclear risk-reduction measures, and India-Pakistan relations.
