Ellen Laipson appeared on Viewpoint with James Zogby with Edward Walker and David Frum. Laipson stated that there seemed to be a system or specific rationale behind the time of the leaks, suggesting that there could be even more yet to be released. “They [WikiLeaks] had to make sense of them and decide…they had their own strategy for what they were going to release, when.”
