Security sector reform develops effective and accountable security institutions based on international norms of transparency, accountability, and the rule of law. Brian Finlay is the President and CEO at Stimson. His areas of expertise include nonproliferation, transnational crime, counter-trafficking, supply chain security and private sector engagement.
William Reinsch is a Distinguished Fellow with the Stimson Center, where he works principally with the Center’s Trade21 initiative. Reinsch served as President of the National Foreign Trade Council from April 2001 to May 2016.
