August 11, 2011 — Alistair Millar joined us for a discussion on counterterrorism efforts in South Asia and the Horn of Africa. Mr. Millar is founder and director of the Center on Global Counterterrorism Cooperation. He teaches graduate level courses on counterterrorism and US foreign policy at The Johns Hopkins University, and is also a nonresident Senior Fellow at The George Washington University Homeland Security Policy Institute.
