Managing Across Boundaries Director Brian Finlay and Stimson co-founder Barry Blechman will be speaking at the launch of Building International Climate Cooperation: Lessons from the weapons and trade regimes for achieving international climate goals, which they coauthored with Ruth Greenspan Bell and Micah S. Ziegler of WRI and Thomas Cottier of the World Trade Institute. The book explores the question of what the climate change community can learn from the experiences of other regimes that have had some success and by their nature require global action.
