In her directorial debut, award-winning filmmaker Kalyanee Mam traveled to
her native Cambodia to capture the stories of three young people struggling to
maintain their traditional way of life while the modern world closes in around
them. Their stories provide a human perspective on the impacts of
deforestation, collapsing fisheries, and the often-empty promises of factory
work in the city.

MacArthur
President Robert Gallucci
