James Siebens is the Special Assistant to the President and CEO at the Stimson Center. Siebens is also currently a data analyst with START at the University of Maryland, where he is working part-time on a Defense Department project related to Gray Zone conflict.
Yun Sun is a Senior Associate with the East Asia Program at the Stimson Center. Her expertise is in Chinese foreign policy, U.S.-China relations and China's relations with neighboring countries and authoritarian regimes.
