This is the final report of the Project on the Advocacy of the U.S. Interests Abroad. Included are 28 recommendations for updating the conduct of foreign affairs for the modern era. The recommendations encompass the issue areas suggested in the concept paper. Already well-received by the State Department, Equipped for the Future hopes to make dramatic changes in the traditional diplomacy system of the Cold War into a new dynamic representation.
