Zach Dubel

Zach Dubel is a Research Associate with Stimson's Southeast Asia program, which seeks to address some of the most challenging security issues facing the region today. He holds a BA in International Affairs from Florida State University, and is currently finishing an MA in Comparative and Regional Studies from American University, with a focus on East Asia. Prior to joining the Stimson staff, he was an intern with Stimson's East Asia program and has worked overseas as a Systems Administrator for the U.S. State Department. While at Stimson, Zach has authored or co-authored a number of articles and reports, including "Maritime Security in East Asia: Boundary Disputes, Resources, and the Future of Regional Stability" (Stimson, August 2012.)
