Oksana Bellas is the Director of Human Resources and Administration at the Stimson Center responsible for directing human resources and administrative services. She brings more than 15 years of experience in financial operations, human resources management, and administration in the nonprofit sector. Before coming to Stimson, Oksana served as the Director of Finance and Administration at the Center for Molecular Medicine and Therapeutics at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. She holds an MBA with specialization in Nonprofit Management from the American Jewish University.
