William Durch presented results of the impact study to 4th UN International Corrections Conference

The presentation launched a panel discussion that included the heads of the corrections components of UN operations in Liberia and the Democratic Republic of Congo, and a representative of the Bureau of Conflict Prevention and Recovery, UN Development Programme, before an audience of 125 high-level corrections officials from around the globe.
