Stimson receives MacArthur Award for Creative and Effective Institutions

Stimson Center Chairman of the Board Lincoln Bloomfield, Jr., and President and CEO Ellen Laipson welcomed the announcement by the MacArthur Foundation that Stimson has won a $1 million MacArthur Award for Creative and Effective Institutions.
