Rachel Stohl participates in SIPRI panel on recent trends in arms transfers

Managing Across Boundaries Fellow Rachel Stohl participated in a panel hosted by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute North America. The panel titled "Monitoring Arms Transfers: Recent Trends" explored current challenges related to international arms controls and the impact of weapons proliferation for peace and stability in different regions of the world.
