Managing Across Boundaries (MAB) Visiting Fellow O'Neil Hamilton was quoted in BBC News as part of their coverage on a conference he participated in titled "E3DS Summit" on how high technology aerospace, defense, and security (ADS) companies can have a beneficial effect on "small island developing states like those in the Caribbean [and] really impact their security arrangements and really have the security/development nexus benefit from their experience."

MAB Deputy Director Johan Bergenas also spoke at the conference, co-presented by IHS and Dynamixx, on global and regional security and development challenges and the role that innovative partnerships can play. The summit was designed to discuss the cross-section between energy, environment, economics, defence, and security and aimed to explore a wide range of new business opportunities for the ADS industry in these adjacent markets.
