Johan Bergenas presents at Nonproliferation Workshop

Managing Across Boundaries Deputy Director Johan Bergenas presented at a sub-regional workshop on the legal and regulatory aspects of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1540 for members of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States in St. Lucia. His remarks focused on the past success and current and future opportunities for Caribbean states in terms of bridging the security and development divide and implementing MAB's proven dual-benefit model.
