Ellen Laipson named as member of Secretary Clinton’s Foreign Affairs Policy Board

This week, the State Department announced members of Secretary Clinton's newly-formed Foreign Affairs Policy Board. Ellen Laipson, Stimson President and CEO, was named as one of the 25 bipartisan members.
