Brian Finlay participates in workshop to secure ports and borders in East Africa

Jointly hosted by AFRICOM and NNSA, the East Africa Border Security Workshop brought together participants from seven East African countries and experts from NNSA, AFRICOM, the US Departments of Defense, Homeland Security and State, the World Customs Organization, the United Nations Regional Centre for Peace and Disarmament in Africa, and the Stimson Center.
