Barry Blechman co-authors editorial in Foreign Affairs about Durban climate talks

Barry Blechman and Ruth Greenspan Bell, public policy scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, co-authored an editorial in Foreign Affairs on the result of the Durban climate talks. "Climate negotiators are celebrating the deal reached over the weekend at the conference in South Africa. But the agreement only validates an approach to climate change that has failed to reverse global warming for more than 20 years now"
