Conference Facilities

The Stimson Center is dedicated to enhancing international peace and security by – among other things – convening meetings that assemble experts from around the nation and world to share ideas and formulate potential solutions to the security challenges facing the United States and global community. As part of the array of services that we offer to the policy community and other organizations, the Center’s modern conference facilities are available for outside use at competitive rates.

Stimson's attractive meeting facilities – located centrally in downtown Washington – provide a conducive and convenient setting for both small and large gatherings. The Stimson Center is accustomed to hosting meetings attended by high-level government agency staff and non-governmental organization staff, as well as visitors and experts visiting from around the world. As a result, we know what it takes to plan and host a successful meeting and have purposely designed our conference facilities to serve that goal.

We look forward to providing space for your next event. Please contact the Operations Coordinator for more information or to reserve a room at (202) 223-5956 or info@stimson.org. Information on our specific meeting rooms and the rental fees are provided below.
